# Setup checks and readiness

Readiness expresses whether the provider can serve its declared workflow now. Installed, configured, discovered, and ready are different states.

## How it works

Run local setup checks before enabling. Recheck upstream resources and mounted model availability during admission. Return an actionable unavailable result rather than advertising a capability that cannot accept its next call.
